I am happy to share that I have successfully completed the course *“The Female Athlete: Health and Performance”* at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences
This experience significantly deepened my understanding of the unique physiological and psychological needs of female athletes. It also reinforced a principle that has always been central to my work—prioritizing women’s health, both physical and mental.
Through my daily work with young ballerinas, I am constantly reminded how essential it is to support them not only in their artistic and technical development, but also in their overall well-being, confidence, and long-term health. This course provided me with valuable knowledge and practical tools to better guide, support, and protect the athletes I work with.
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to continue learning, evolving, and contributing more meaningfully in this important field 💫
